Ralph S. Smith
Ralph S. Smith, of Lancaster, PA, age 67, passed away Wednesday December 28, 2016 at 9:58am at the Lancaster Regional Hospital while fighting a lengthy illness. He is survived by a wife Patti M. (Allison) Smith, and two sons Scott C. Smith and Joshua D. Smith, and a daughter Cherie A. (Smith) Stauffer.
Ralph worked the majority of his life in production and had last worked at the Armstrong Ceiling Plant in Marietta, PA. He was an avid fan of Football (High School, College and Pro) and greatly enjoyed spending free time pursuing his HO Model Railroading Hobby. Ralph also enjoyed wood working projects and engaged in basic home repairs and car maintenance.
A gathering will be held on Tuesday January 3, 2017 at 6:00pm and a words of remembrance service to be held afterwards at 7:00pm at the DeBord Snyder Funeral Home located at 2024 Marietta Ave. Lancaster, PA 17603. Call the funeral home at 717-394-4097 for directions or for condolences.
