Ralph Yarnell

Ralph Yarnell, 85, of Lancaster, passed away on November 21, 2016 at St. Anne’s Retirement Community.   He was the loving husband of Myra (Graham) Yarnell.  He was predeceased by his first wife, Adeline (Lefever) Yarnell.

Born in Lancaster, PA., he was the son of the late Joseph and Sarah (Hess) Yarnell.

He spent much of his career with Donnelly Printing as a press operator where is worked for 39 years eventually retiring in 1991.

Ralph proudly served in the United States Navy.

In his spare time he enjoyed, golfing, fishing, football and photography.

In addition to his wife, Myra he is survived by a daughter, Cynthia Bekdache (wife of Abdul); three sons, Kenneth Yarnell (husband of Kay), Bruce Yarnell (husband of Lori), and Gordon Yarnell (husband of Brenda); 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  Also surviving is a brother, Richard Yarnell (husband of Doris).  He was predeceased by a brother Raymond Yarnell as well as by a grandchild.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Service in the DeBord Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 2024 Marietta Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603 on Friday, November 25, 2016 at 11:00 AM.  Friends may greet the family from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be in Willow Street Mennonite Cemetery.
