Robert D. Murr, Jr.
Robert D. Murr, Jr., 65, of Lancaster, passed away suddenly at his home on Tuesday, February 9, 2010. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Robert D., Sr., and Anna Mae Pierce Murr.
A 1962 graduate of J. P. McCaskey High School, he worked for Armstrong World Industries until retiring in 1999. Bob was an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles, and NASCAR fan.
Surviving are: a son, Robert D., III husband of Michelle Miller Murr of Lancaster and a granddaughter, Lillian Murr.
Funeral services will be private, and held at the convenience of the family.
