Robert S. Dougherty, 50, of Lititz , PA, passed away on March 20, 2025, at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health. He was the loving husband of Cynthia (Hess) Dougherty. Born in Chester, PA, he was the son of Stephen and Mary Jane (Hinderhofer) Dougherty. Robert graduated from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. He was a carpenter by trade and proudly started his own businesses, Dougherty Construction working closely with Lancaster Archery Supply for last 15+ years, and his deer farm, Antler Mountain Whitetails. Robert was a committed volunteer with the East Petersburg Fire Company serving there for 23 years. He was also an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting, fishing and boating. In addition to his spouse, Cynthia and his parents, he is survived by sons, Milo and Rhett; a brother, Matthew (Jessica), nephews Gavin and Logan. 

A Memorial Service to honor his life will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Manheim Brethren In Christ Church, 54 N. Penryn Road, Manheim, PA 17545.
