Ronald K. Waltman
Ronald K. Waltman, 69, of Lancaster, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2012 at Hospice of Lancaster County, Mount Joy. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Glen and Helen Seidel Waltman. He was the husband of Judith Wilson Waltman.
Ronald worked for Armstrong World Industries and retired in 1994 as Supervisor of the Rotogravure Lab at Product Styling and Design. He was an active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Lancaster. His hobbies included skiing, baseball and playing softball, photography, and gardening. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and attending their activities.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by: 3 sons, Brian husband of Dawn Waltman of Intercourse, Scott husband of Sonja Waltman and Mark husband of Nikki Waltman, both of Lancaster; 9 grandchildren, Sara, McKinley, Rollins, Luke, Taylor, Matthew, Megan, Malia, and Micah; 2 sisters, Elaine wife of Greg Weems and Glenda Waltman.
A memorial service will be held from Westminster Presbyterian Church 2151 Oregon Pike Lancaster, PA on Sunday, July 15, 2012 at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the American Cancer Society 314 Good Drive Lancaster, PA 17603 or to Hospice of Lancaster County P. O. Box 4125 Lancaster, PA 17604-4125.
