Rosanna B. Creasy
Rosanna B. Creasy, of Lancaster, died Saturday, May 26, 2012. She had resided at Woodcrest Villa for the past 15 years.
Born August 29, 1926 in Bloomsburg, she was the daughter of the late Drew H. and Mabel Speary Broadt. She was married 46 years to the late C. Wayne Creasy who died in 1995.
Rosanna graduated from Bloomsburg State Teachers College and taught in the Penn Manor School District for 25 years. Following her retirement she enjoyed extensive traveling. She volunteered for over 25 years at St. Joseph Hospital and then Lancaster Regional. She was a member of Bethany Presbyterian Church in Lancaster.
Surviving is a daughter, Ann Walton; a grandson Alan Walton; cousins and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son Alan Wayne Creasy who died in 1980.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family with interment in the Millersville Mennonite Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Penn Manor Band Booster Club c/o Penn Manor High School, 100 E. Cottage Ave., Millersville, PA 17551.
