Susan M. Detwiler, 73, wife of the late Richard (Dick) Detwiler, went home on March 18, 2016.
Daughter of the late Patrick and Doris (Rogers) Dymock, she was born on June 10, 1942 in Oxford, England. She lived a wonderful life of traveling and crafting.
She is survived by a daughter, Chere, wife of Benjamin Pickel and a son, Earl (Chip), husband, of Debrah Wilson. Also surviving is a twin sister, Shirley, wife of Clifford Sams and two other sisters, Wendy Long and Judy, wife of Charles Haeussler; 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She loved quilting and making clothing, and in her spare time she tended to her flowers. She is loved by all and missed by many.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a funeral service at DeBord Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. A visitation will be held at the funeral home, also on Tuesday from 10:00 until the time of service. Interment will be in Riverview Burial Park.
