Sylvia L. Tshudy
Sylvia L. Tshudy, 73, of Mount Joy, PA passed away at the home of her daughter on November 5, 2016 after a brief illness.
Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of Blanche Hoffman of West Lawn and the late Charles Hoffman.
Sylvia was a graduate of Wilson High School, Reading. She enjoyed spending time at Hollywood Casino, traveling, listening to all types of music, watching her “stories” on T.V., and time spent with her family, including her cat Binky.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters, Tammy Tshudy, wife of Kelly Gohn of Lancaster, and Michele, wife of Angel Danz of Mount Joy; two grandchildren: Rebecca L. Danz and Thatcher A. Danz, husband of Ashley. Also surviving are two step-grandchildren, Ana and Darian Jaynes. She was predeceased by her son, Dale L. Tshudy, Jr.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Service at DeBord Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 11:00 AM. Friends may greet the family at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Conestoga Memorial Park.
