Terry A. Kritser, 65, of Lancaster, passed away at her home on Monday, May 2, 2011. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Pearl V. (Sheaffer) Wanner of Lancaster and the late Charles Wanner. She was the wife of the late Eugene S. Kritser who died in 2002.
She worked as a domestic for various hotel establishments and most recently for Hamilton Arms Nursing Center.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by: 3 sons, Jeffrey S. husband of Linda L. Sheaffer of Great Mills, MD, Robert E. Kritser, and William J. Kritser, both of Lancaster; a daughter, Lorri J. Kritser of Lancaster; 5 grandchildren, Serina Roberts, Jeffrey Sheaffer II, Jessica Laughman, Damien Kritser, and Jason Kritser; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Dennis Wanner and Gary Wanner. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Sheaffer.
Funeral services will be held from the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, on Friday, May 6, 2011 at 11 AM with interment following in Conestoga Memorial Park. The family will visit with friends from 10 to 11 AM at the funeral home on Friday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Hospice of Lancaster County, P. O. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604-4125.
