Tracey Lynn Neff

Tracey Lynn Neff, 58, of Lancaster, passed away unexpectedly on June 26, 2024. Born in Lancaster, PA, she was a daughter of Judith Ann (Grobengieser) Neff and the late Kenneth Lee Neff. 

Tracey was a generous and loving daughter, aunt, sister, and friend. She particularly adored her nieces and nephews and was so proud of them. In her spare time, she enjoyed film and entertainment, playing games with friends, and cheering for her alma mater, Penn State University. She had a lifelong passion for cats. 

Tracey graduated with honors from both Conestoga Valley High School and The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Tracey spent much of her professional career at Eurofins Lancaster Labs as a Biochemist and Pricing Specialist. 

In addition to her mother, Judith, she is survived by her stepfather Robert D. Grobengieser, her sisters, Lisa Balakrishnan (wife of Arvindh Balakrishnan), Andrea Brennan (wife of Cory Brennan), Amy Farrow (wife of Nicholas Farrow), and her stepbrothers Rob Grobengieser (husband of Kim Grobengieser), Tom Grobengieser, and Andy Grobengieser (deceased). Also surviving are her nieces and nephews Ellie Balakrishnan, Zachary Balakrishnan, Marley Brennan, Mae Grobengieser, Leo Grobengieser, Lucy Farrow, August Grobengieser, Maxwell Farrow, Katie Grobengieser and Alison Grobengieser.

The memorial service will be private and at the convenience of the family with interment in Trinity Lutheran Church Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Tracey’s memory may be made to donate.nami.org/fundraiser/5620713.
