Travis C. Johnson
Travis C. Johnson, 98, formerly of Lancaster, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at Pleasant View Retirement Community, Manheim. Born in Little Creek (Norfolk), VA on October 6, 1913, he was the son of the late Thomas C. and Laura Boughton Johnson. He was the husband of the late Katharine P. Johnson who died May 21, 1996.
He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of West Virginia, and his Master’s degree from Penn State University. Mr. Johnson was the owner of Johnson Grain Company for many years. He was an active member of Calvary Church.
Private interment in Norfolk, VA will be at the convenience of the family.
