Virginia M. Freeman, 83 of 2301 James Buchanan Dr., Elizabethtown, PA died Tuesday, March 30th at the Lancaster General Hospital. She was the widow of Clarence C. Freeman, Jr. who died February 19, 2007.
Born in Lancaster, PA she was the daughter of the late Jacob E. and Margaret Hull Miller. Mrs. Freeman was a 1944 graduate of J. P. McCaskey High School and a member of Grace Baptist Church. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star #245, Falls Chapter, OH.
Surviving are three daughters, Margaret F., wife of Keith Pardew of Grapevine, TX; Elizabeth F., wife of William Davis of Lansing, MI; and Martha S. Freeman of Gordonsville, VA; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial service from Grace Baptist Church, 1899 Marietta Ave., Lancaster PA on Sunday, April 11th at 2:00 P.M. The family will greet friends immediately following the memorial service. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Please omit flowers. If desired, contributions in Mrs. Freeman’s memory may be sent to The Salvation Army, 131 S. Queen St., Lancaster, PA 17603.
