William C. Borders
William C. Borders, 89, of Willow Street, PA, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Sullivan, IN, he was the son of the late William Borders, Sr. and Marion (Boge) Borders.
He is survived by his wife, Eleanor (Woodward) Borders, of Willow Street, PA; a son, Gregory W. Borders, of Lancaster, PA; a daughter, Suzanne M. (Borders) Manion, of Phoenix, AZ; and four grandchildren.
William served with the U.S. Army, having fought in WWII at the Battle of the Bulge.
To honor William’s wishes, there will be no services in Lancaster; however there will be an interment in the Center Ridge Cemetery, in Sullivan, IN, at the convenience of the family.
