William Frederick Stevens

William Frederick Stevens, 92, of 300 Willow Valley Lakes Drive, Willow Street, PA died Thursday, March 13

in Lakeside at Willow Valley.  He was the husband of Sylvia Andrews Stevens with whom he celebrated 65 years of marriage.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Fred and Ruby Stevens.  He attended Grace Baptist Church and was a graduate of Pace University-NY.

Mr. Stevens was an accountant with Star Expansion Co., NY for 33 years; prior to that he served on the New York Police Department.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy during WWII.

Surviving in addition to his wife is a son, William F., Jr., husband of Berta Stevens, and a daughter, Meredith, wife of David Siglin; 4 grandchildren, Jessica Stevens, Emily Wells, Jeremy Siglin, and Jared Siglin; 3 great- grandchildren, Caleb Fischbach, Briar Wells and Colden Wells.  He was predeceased by a brother, Robert Stevens and a sister, Georgina Rummel.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial service in the Thomas Auditorium of Willow Valley Lakes Manor, 300 Willow Valley Lakes Drive, Willow Street, PA on Tuesday, March 18

at 11:00 a.m.   The family will greet friends immediately following the memorial service.  Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
