William Reisinger

William Reisinger, 89, of Lancaster, died Thursday, February 23, 2012 at Conestoga View.

He was married 49 years to Mary H. Cramer Reisinger. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late William and Mercy J. Wile Reisinger.

Mr. Reisinger had worked as a theater manager most of his life. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Lancaster. William was a graduate of J. P. McCaskey High School and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He enjoyed reading.

Surviving besides his wife is a son, William Reisinger; three daughters, Rory Reisinger, Rhonda Hartenstein and Gina Reisinger; a step son, Raymond Kopf; a step daughter, Carol Book; and a brother, Hobart Reisinger.

The family would like to thank the staff at Conestoga View for the wonderful care given to William during the last days of his life.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 27, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Kearney A. Snyder Funeral Home, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA with Deacon Augustus Mauro officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment in the Millersville Mennonite Cemetery with military honors accorded by the Red Rose Veterans Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the American Heart Association, 610 Community Way, Lancaster, PA 17603.
