Yvonne G. Geib
Yvonne G. Geib, 89, of Manheim, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2015. She was the loving wife of Clayton R. Geib, Jr.
Born in Lancaster, PA she was the daughter of the late Bruce R. and Rose E. (Farrell) Laukhuff.
In her spare time she was a proud member of the VFW Auxiliary #8757 in Mountville, PA, the Theodore Burr Covered Bridge Society of PA, and the Farm Women’s Auxiliary.
She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church.
In addition to her husband Clayton, she is survived by her two daughters; Yvonne J. Geib of Landisville, PA and Audrey L. Thomason (wife of Jerry) of Denver, PA; 7 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are a brother Kenneth W. Laukhuff (husband of Marlene) of Lancaster, PA and a sister Rosemary Resch of Millersville, PA. She was predeceased by a daughter Sherry A. Ober and brothers Donald L. Laukhuff and R. Dale Laukhuff.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Service at the DeBord Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 141 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA 17602 on Friday, May 1, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Friends may greet the family from 10:30 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be in Conestoga Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her memory to the Pennsylvania Association for the blind, 555 Gettysburg Pike, Suite A300, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
